Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the INVYRAH website or buy from us. INVYRAH is operated by Animesh Pal. By paying for a package, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

INVYRAH provides digital services for businesses, including AI-assisted QR review profiles with a custom-made physical QR stand (Invyrah Connect), 360° virtual tours, landing pages, websites, professional photoshoots uploaded to your Google Business Profile, and hosting and support. Exactly what you get is what is listed for the package or items you chose at the time of purchase.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Packages are one-time payments unless clearly stated otherwise. There is no subscription for the QR profile package. Any hosting or support period included is stated in the package (for example, 1 year with the Complete Business Suite).
• Payments are made securely online through Razorpay. We accept online payment only. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
• Work begins once your payment is confirmed and we have received the information we need from you.
• Bundle discounts in "Build Your Own" are applied automatically and are shown before you pay.

3. Delivery

We start work after payment and after you send us the details we need (business name, logo, links, access, photos and similar). Delivery time depends on how quickly you send these to us, and the size of what you bought. We will give you a realistic timeline when we begin and keep you updated.

4. QR stand: making and shipping

• Orders that include Invyrah Connect come with a physical QR stand, which we ship to the delivery address you give at checkout. Shipping is free within India.
• We build your QR within 24 hours of receiving your complete business details, and then hand it to the courier. Courier delivery usually takes a few more days depending on your pincode. The estimate you see at checkout is a guide, not a guarantee.
• You are responsible for giving a correct and complete address and a working phone number. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of a wrong or incomplete address or because nobody was available, you pay the cost of sending it again.
• Each QR stand is custom-made for your business, so it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you understand this.
• If it arrives damaged or wrong, or is lost in transit, we will reprint or replace it as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep photos of the parcel.
• We ship only to pincodes our courier partners serve. We check this before you pay.

5. What we need from you

• Give us accurate and complete information, and content you have the right to use. Please check your details carefully before you send them, because the QR stand is printed from what you give us.
• Reply to our questions and approve work within a reasonable time.
• Give us the access we need (for example, manager access to your Google Business Profile) so we can complete photo uploads and setup.

6. Reviews and Google's rules

• Our AI-assisted review tool offers suggestions to make it easier for real customers to write a review. The customer decides whether to use, edit or ignore a suggestion, and the review is posted under their own Google account.
• We do not write or post fake reviews, and you agree not to use our services to offer money, gifts or other incentives in exchange for reviews, or to pressure customers, in ways that Google does not allow.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google's policies, features and ranking can change at any time, and we cannot guarantee a specific number of reviews, ratings, rankings, visitors or sales.

7. Ownership

You keep ownership of your business name, logo, photos and content. Once your order is paid in full, you may use what we created for you for your business. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, code and methods, and we may show the finished work (such as your QR design) in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Third-party services

Some services rely on third parties such as Google, Razorpay, Vercel, Shiprocket and its courier partners, and WhatsApp. To deliver your QR stand, we share your name, phone number, email and delivery address with Shiprocket and the courier. We are not responsible for changes, outages, delays or policy decisions made by those companies.

9. Refunds, returns and cancellations

All sales are final, and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Limit of liability

We take care with everything we deliver, but to the fullest extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

11. Misuse

We may refuse or stop a service if you give us false information, break the law, or use our work for anything illegal, misleading or abusive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Varanasi, India.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you paid apply to your order.
