This policy explains what information INVYRAH ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or buy our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. INVYRAH is operated by Animesh Pal.
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name, business address, social media and Google Business Profile links, logos, photos and any other information you share with us on WhatsApp, phone or email so we can deliver your order.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored on our website or servers. We receive only a confirmation, the amount, and a payment ID.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting and the tools we use may automatically record your IP address, browser type and pages visited.
2. How we use your information
- To set up and deliver what you bought (QR profile, virtual tour, landing page, website, photoshoot, hosting and support).
- To confirm payments, send receipts and handle refunds.
- To reply to your questions and give support.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run our business, and only as much as needed:
- Razorpay, to process payments (see their privacy policy).
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Google (for example Google Fonts on this site, and Google Business Profile when we upload photos or set up your review link on your behalf).
- WhatsApp / Meta, when you contact us on WhatsApp.
- Authorities or legal advisers, if the law requires it.
4. Your customers' reviews
The Google reviews left through your QR code belong to your customers and are published on Google under Google's own rules and privacy policy. We do not control what Google does with that information.
5. How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver your order and provide support, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and using a trusted payment provider. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
7. Your rights
Under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and withdraw your consent for us to use it. To do this, contact us using the details below.
8. Cookies
This website uses only what is needed to run properly. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy.
9. Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
